How do I get my £5 free on the £20 e-PIN? |
The £5 is actually already encorporated into the e-PIN. If you call your relevant access number you should be able to hear the credit on the card including the free value.

How can you offer such cheap rates compared to BT - where is the catch? |
Yes, we are up to 90% cheaper than BT and your savings will of course be huge (as long as you make all your international and national calls on our service). Swiftcall can offer such vast savings by compressing voice data and pushing multiple voice data down one single telephone line - from time to time, you may experience some interference, you may hear an echo or other times you may have difficulty gaining connection, we ask for your patience at these infrequent times and to remember the substantial financial savings you are making.

Is it possible to purchase an e-PIN over the phone, rather than online? |
Unfortunately it is not possible to purchase an e-PIN over the telephone. If you are experiencing difficulties in purchasing please contact us and we will try and help. Alternatively we do have a range of other products which are explained at www.swiftcall.co.uk

When I try and buy an e-PIN my computer rejects the transaction due to security, why is this? |
In order to protect your credit card details we aim to employ the highest standards of security. Therefore we have employed 128 bit encryption. You can confirm your computer's settings by going to the help tab on Internet Explorer and clicking on "About Interntet Explorer". Under the heading "cipher strength" will be your level of encryption. If it is less than 128, the transaction will fail.
